Whilst training and working with the Navy SEALS, I experienced the benefits of being very fit and healthy. Wanting to share my love for fitness and nutrition, I have now been working as a personal trainer for over ten years. With more and more people realising the benefits of a healthy lifestyle or simply becoming intrigued, I love sharing my expertise and knowledge and encouraging others to live their best, healthy life. There are numerous resources to help you start your wellbeing journey, but none will work like a personal trainer can.
