Here is a quick and easy alternative to shop-bought cereal that is tastier and safer to eat. It can also be enjoyed by the whole family.
The ingredients you will need are:
- Nuts – Pecans (base), Brazil Nuts, Walnuts, Hazelnuts
- Coconut Milk/Yoghurt
- Flaxseed or Linseed
- Bee Pollen
- Figs
- Dates
- Green Banana/Mango/Papaya
- Coconut Flakes/Chunks.
